The course emphasizes environmental aspects & impact identification so the firm can balance meeting legal requirements with reasonable efforts to reduce their footprint and trim their waste streams.
We will be clear about what a firm seeking EMS certification will need to accomplish in terms of environmental legal compliance.
Students will become comfortable interpreting the standard, applying their knowledge in a Case Study, and passing a daily 25 point online exam. Learners will spend a full day understanding and another full day implementing.

• Identify all aspects and impacts to the environment of their operations
• Prioritize what they can do to improve
•Implement the management system
• Integrate with other related standards
• Participate in internal audits
• Lead internal and external audits.
