    Founder & CEO of Precision Execution LLC

    Joe Lissenden founded Precision Execution LLC in 2018 to connect strategic vision with efficient execution for enterprise compliance and cybersecurity projects. Under his leadership, Precision Execution is a recognized CMMC Approved Training Partner (ATP) and CMMC Approved Publishing Partner (APP), delivering Certified CMMC Professional (CCP) and Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA) training, CMMC consulting, gap analysis, and internal audits.

    Joe personally authored all six Exemplar Global-certified Lead Auditor courses covering ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, and ISO 20000-1. He holds CMMC Provisional Assessor (PA-3) and Provisional Instructor credentials, along with deep expertise in NIST 800-171 for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) protection.

    With over a decade in defense manufacturing at ATK (supporting 2,500+ programs in space launch, precision-guided weapons, and hypersonics) and hyperscaler data center management at EdgeConneX (150 MW global deployment for Microsoft, Google, AWS), Joe brings real-world execution to compliance challenges.

    At BSI Americas, he led training P&L, mentored 100+ instructors, created case-study-based Lead Auditor courses (RAB-certified), and launched BSI's first LMS and eLearning programs. He has conducted hundreds of audits across ISO, NIST, AS9100D, and CMMC standards for certification bodies including BSI, NSF, SGS, PECB, and C3PAOs.

    Joe holds a degree from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Duke Fuqua. He served as President of NDIA DC Chapter and National VP Finance for the Navy League.
